Folsom Lake (Granite Bay) trail rides are scheduled for 10 am - 2 pm, however you may continue as long as you like.
There are no upcoming trail rides scheduled at this time.

Trail rides will be cancelled if it is raining at the time. They will not be cancelled due to a previous rain.

The trail rides are no host, and not sponsored by District 7. They are intended for your enjoyment, and are at your own risk. Bring your family and/or friends with your horses. We will meet at the Horse Assembly Area at Folsom Lake, Granite Bay. Take the Douglas Blvd. entrance to the park, north of Auburn-Folsom Rd. The entrance is at the end of Douglas Blvd. The only cost is your park entrance fee, if any. Sometimes during the winter months, there is no fee to enter the park. Once inside, follow the signs to the Horse Assembly Area.

The Horse Assembly Area has built-in outhouses, water faucets, watering tank, tie rails, picnic tables, and is the perfect location for a picnic. Bring your own food and drink. There are a variety of terrains to ride. Since Folsom Lake park is primarily decomposed granite, there is very little mud. The ground is great at all times of the year.. even during the rainy season. And be sure to have a good time!!
